1. Information we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history, and payment status. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google as permitted by you.
Payment card or UPI details are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
2. How we use information
We use your information to:
- Process and deliver orders
- Provide order tracking and customer support
- Send transactional emails or SMS about your order
- Improve the website and prevent fraud
- Meet legal and accounting requirements
3. Sharing
We share data with service providers only as needed to fulfil orders: payment processors (e.g. Razorpay), logistics partners (e.g. Shiprocket/couriers), hosting (e.g. Vercel), and database/auth (e.g. Supabase). We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention and security
We retain order and account data as long as needed for service, warranty, and legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no online transmission is fully risk-free.
