Viyas Connecting India (“Viyas”, “we”, “us”) sells televisions and related products online via https://www.viyas.in and through our Karnataka distributor network. Registered operations are based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
2. Account and orders
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details when placing an order. Orders are accepted when payment is successful (prepaid) or when a cash-on-delivery order is confirmed. We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or the delivery address cannot be serviced.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on delivery may be available for eligible pincodes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver across Karnataka through our logistics partners (including Shiprocket where applicable). Estimated delivery dates are indicative. Delays may occur due to courier, weather, or address issues. You can track orders from your account when tracking is available.
5. Product information
We try to keep product descriptions, images, and specifications accurate. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur. If a product is materially different from what was advertised, contact support for a resolution under our refund and cancellation policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
